Pod 4 Ultra — Product launch for Eight Sleep

I had the privilege of leading the creatives at Eight Sleep for the launch of the Pod 4 Ultra, the next generation of the Pod. Our goal was to distinguish the Pod 4 Ultra from typical sleep products by emphasizing Eight Sleep's performance angle and advanced technological capabilities. This new iteration introduced a revolutionary Base to the Pod ecosystem, unlocking features such as custom body positioning and snoring mitigation. This comprehensive launch included a new photoshoot, rebranding, a website redesign, and extensive product education. Under my creative leadership, we successfully executed these initiatives, making the Pod 4 Ultra launch Eight Sleep's most successful product launch to date.

RESULTS
On May 8th, we launched Pod 4 and Pod 4 Ultra and achieved 8.8x YoY in revenue. The campaign had a positive impact on our business and received positive feedback from our community. This design refresh played a big role in making sure we optimized our conversion rate from emails, paid ads and social. The paid ad CVR increased 68% month over month. And you can see here that there was a lot of love for us across social media.
